Low-impact aerobics. Designed for beginners and intermediate exercisers. One-hour class includes warm-up, 30 minutes of basic aerobics, strength exercises and stretching. For more information, call (573) 882-1718.

Total Toning

  • 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. AND
  • 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
