Tai chi forms are used to improve balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation in this one-hour class. Great for exercisers of all ages and fitness levels

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 8-week session begins May 7, 2007
class meets weekly on Mondays at 4:30 p.m.
cost: $55 for non-members, $35 for members (pre-registered)
cost increases $10 if enrolling on first day of class
