You may view information for patients referred to University Hospital and Clinics, Women's and Children's Hospital, Missouri Orthopaedic Institute and Ellis Fischel Cancer Center. Features include:

View medical records for your referred patients
Review your patient's information, such as progress notes, test results, medication orders and discharge summaries in real-time and online. Results for the six most recent visits are available up to 180 days after your patient's stay in a University of Missouri Health Care hospital or visit to one of our clinics. Access may be granted to your office staff as well and records may be printed and kept in your patients charts.

View information anytime, anywhere
No need to wait for a fax or letter to learn the status of your patient. Your patient's information is available online through Intranet or Internet access at your convenience 24/7.
