Guest Relations
We are committed to satisfy our patients' and their families' expectations regarding customer service, compassionate care, continuous improvement, and respectful problem resolution.
We understand how stressful it is to be a patient or to have a family member receiving medical care. We provide a confidential environment and comfortable atmosphere in which patients and/or their families can discuss non-clinical issues relating to University Hospital, as well as concerns directly related to patient care. Our goal is to facilitate issue resolution for the peace of mind and well-being of our patients and their families.
The Guest Relations Team provides the following services:
- Assistance with recognition of quality medical staff
- Assistance with patient care concerns
- Information on local hotels/motels, including discounted rates for patients' families
- Fax and photocopying services
- Notary Public service
- Delivery of patient emails and standard mail
The University Hospital Guest Relations team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. We are conveniently located in the Main Lobby of University Hospital.
